Tracey Locke OBE - managed large change program to drive costs savings at HRMC impacting 100,000 staff. Tracey had a successful HR career in the private and public sectors in the UK and Europe. Working strategically with Jones Lang LaSalle and Mace, she has an impressive track record of modernising the people function, implementing new strategies, streamlining efficiencies and creating high performing teams, all whilst improving retention and engagement. In 2011, Tracey was awarded an OBE for her contribution to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Civil Service.
Nicola Harris has held senior roles with companies such as Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield and UniSpace Global where she led the global people strategy and was instrumental in integrating three global businesses post-acquisition by PE investors. During times of transformation and growth, she has introduced scalable, cost-effective and client-centric approaches to business partnering, strategic resource planning, and operating models, all whilst retaining the company culture.
Tim-David Michealsen has led People functions and organisational transformation across the UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC. His experience spans The Crown Estate, WPP’s Gain Theory, Aster Group, Central & Cecil, Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s, and health and social care, giving him broad exposure across regulated, charitable, commercial, and mission-driven environments. He partners with leaders through M&A, scaling, integration, turnarounds, restructuring, and operating model change, driving organisational effectiveness and profitability. His expertise includes organisational design, transformation, leadership capability, culture, engagement, and commercial efficiency. He was awarded Chartered Fellow status by the CIPD at 30, becoming one of the youngest FCIPDs in the UK.
