In summer 2022 we asked our members to tell us about how the HR and People departments in their institutions were structured as part of our inaugural Remit Survey, and we are delighted to be able to publish the outputs of this survey for our members to access.
Our report summarises the analysis of over 90 responses we received, and the steps we will take to continue this work. The report is accompanied by a dataset which can be interrogated by members to provide further insight.
