New for 2025-26, the UHR Business Partners Network is a member-led space for HRBPs across the sector to connect, share insights, and strengthen practice. Meeting quarterly online, the network offers a dedicated Teams channel and regular opportunities to explore key topics, exchange learning, and build peer relationships — all shaped by and for professionals working at the heart of organisational change.
Feedback collected in a member survey has determined the topic/s that will be discussed at each meeting, although there will also be time for topical and urgent issues that members are facing.

The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site.
