Please note, it is traditional for the delegates on this programme to be matched with a mentor for a period of around 6 months following the programme and we ask each participating institution to nominate a member of the HR senior team to undertake the mentoring role. Your nominated mentor will then mentor a fellow delegate on the programme i.e. you won't be matched with someone from your own institution.
This programme is aimed at HR Advisors/Officers who are on an upward career trajectory to a business partnering role, as well as those who are new to the HR Business Partner role and feel they would benefit from further development to strengthen their organisational impact.
If you wish to enquire about the suitability of the programme for yourself or a colleague, please contact cpd@uhr.ac.uk Spaces are restricted to 16 delegates.
