TrailBlazers 2026 took place in February, bringing together a fresh cohort of 16 rising HR professionals for an immersive and inspiring leadership experience.
With generous support from Oracle and the continued involvement of Leatham Green, the two-day programme empowered delegates to step into their leadership potential and build strong, lasting peer connections across the sector.
TrailBlazers doesn’t end when the event does. Delegates remain connected through an active online community, sharing opportunities, supporting one another, and continuing to grow.
