Our 2025 Remit Survey results are now live. How large is the average HR team in the HE sector today? How are institutions shaping their HR budgets in 2025? And what are the most significant challenges currently facing HR and OD leaders?
This year’s UHR Remit Survey provides a detailed snapshot of how HR and OD functions across the sector are structured, resourced, and evolving. With over 100 participants and an enhanced question set, the 2025 dataset offers one of the most comprehensive views we’ve ever compiled.
All survey outputs - including the full Analysis Report and Benchmarking Dataset - are available on our dedicated webpage. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to add supplementary resources, including organisational charts and examples of team structures submitted by respondents.
