Watch this short video with UHR’s Emma Brookes talking to Eilidh Fraser, Director of People & Organisational Development at Abertay University.
Eilidh talks through the approach taken at Abertay to maximise use of the Team Ticket and ensure that colleagues across all the people teams get the full benefit of the learning and development opportunities. Eilidh also talks about how she prioritises her own learning from the wide-reaching programme of the UHR Conference and how to make sure that you stay in the loop of the other activities and development programmes offered by UHR throughout the rest of the year.
