Employment Taxes - General HMRC updates

In the past few weeks, HMRC have published updated CEST data usage and have announced some schedule downtime for PAYE online, details below.
HMRC updates:
Data usage for the CEST tool has been updated, showing (amongst other information) that from 25 November 2019 to 31 August 2021 an 'undetermined' outcome was produced in just over 20% of cases (numbers: 558,346 outside, 333,431 inside, 233,631)
