Scottish tax changes and raising awareness

The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland) have jointly prepared a paper Building a Better Tax System, to improve awareness amongst the Scottish public as a new poll shows a 1/3rd of Scots are unaware that the Scottish Parliament has made changes to the tax system.
