After positive member feedback, we are pleased to confirm that this network will continue to operate for the 2024-2025 year. Based on survey responses from members, it has been determined that for the 2024-2025 year, the group will retain a key focus on employee surveys with opportunity to cover other topics that fall within broader Employee Engagement.
Member feedback has been used to decide on the main topic that will be discussed at each meeting, although there will also be time for topical and urgent issues that members are facing.
At this meeting, the headline topics for discussion will be 'Top 3 Engagement Challenges'.
The network is underpinned by Terms of Reference, which outline the principles of confidentiality and other key details. An MS Teams site has been created to share documentation and ask questions of your peers between meetings. Our UHR Networks Sign Up Service is a quick and easy way to sign up to the network distribution list and get access to the Teams site.
