Join us online from 14 to 16 May 2024 for our Conference which will again take place online via Hopin. Every colleague in every UHR member university is invited to attend. Great sessions from headline speakers, and specialist sessions from a wide range of providers and peers in other universities mean that #UHR24 will be an amazing source of CPD for everyone working in Higher Education HR.

Just like last year we are using Team Tickets for institutions, which means you can book the whole of your HR Team to attend as part of the same ticket. Ticket prices remain the same as in 2023 to enable and encourage whole team engagement. Choose one person from the dropdown list (preferably the HR Director) and then choose the correct ticket type according to your UHR membership subscription band. You can find your HEIs subscription band here. There are five team ticket prices, depending on your band (or an individual ticket can be chosen if you don’t want a whole Team Ticket):

Nearer the time we will send an email with a SurveyMonkey link to register for the Conference. This email will be sent to the HRD and/or the person your institution has nominated at the time of booking, to handle Conference administration. This link should then be distributed amongst your team members to register for the Conference. Those who have registered will then be sent a Hopin login to access the Conference - this will be sent the week before the Conference begins. All delegates from your organisation will need to have a UHR account in order to access resources post Conference.
Access to the Conference may be delayed if team members don't complete the survey monkey link within the timeframes given.
Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by Credit Card. However, please be aware that, depending on your booking preferences, the conference will cost between £360 incl. VAT (for 1 delegate) and £1440 incl. VAT (at Band 5). If your Credit Card limit prevents you from paying by card, please use the 'pay by invoice' option. Please note that you will need to provide a PO number at the time of booking; we will not be able to process and confirm your booking without one. Our supplier name is Professional HE Services LTD and we are registered with every University as a supplier.
If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
