This programme has been developed as part of a wider strategic workforce planning programme. However, we recognise that the content may be of interest to other colleagues and therefore some additional places are available to members who wish to attend this programme as a one-off event.

12.30 – 13.15 – lunch break
13.15-14.15 – Using HR data to make evidence-based strategic decisions – case studies from Royal Holloway (Helen Ellis-Jones, Royal Holloway)
14.15-14.30 – coffee break
14.30-15.00 – Wrapping up what we have heard from the day, plus Q&A opportunities
