The UHR Ways of Working Group was created to consider the medium to long term impact of agile/hybrid/dynamic working on different areas of people-related activity. This community meets every two months and the topics have been prioritised based on initial member feedback.
This particular session will focus on culture and connection and further details will be provided closer to the event. It is our standard format to use polls, data and case studies to provide insights that we can discuss together or in break out rooms; if you have examples of good practice on this subject from your current institution (or any previous employer) then we would love to hear from you - just contact emma@uhr.ac.uk.
We recently changed our event settings and you will now need a full access UHR web account to book a place at these events. If you don't yet have a UHR web account, please click here to submit the request and gain immediate access. If you already have a basic-level e-learning account please email membership@phes.ac.uk so we can upgrade your account.
When you book a place on this event you will receive a Booking Confirmation email from notifications@uhr.ac.uk. Please note that this email will have an icalendar.ics attachment that you can open to save the details in your calendar of choice. Joining instructions will be issued closer to the time of the event.
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. This meeting will be facilitated using MS Teams, MS PowerPoint and collaboration tools such as Mentimeter, Slido and Padlet. If you have any access issues or questions in advance of the meeting, please contact emma@uhr.ac.uk.
There is an MS Teams site dedicated to this group for connecting and collaborating between meetings. If you want to be added to the distribution list and granted access to the Teams site, please contact us at emma@uhr.ac.uk.
