Wednesday 26 October
Timings: 12.00 - 1.15pm
In this session we will be exploring the question: why don’t people apply? Whilst the importance of using inclusive language is now better understood than ever before, translating this theory into practice when considering job adverts, role descriptions and person specifications is not always easy to implement in a consistent way. We will be joined by colleagues from Cranfield and Gloucestershire who will discuss the journeys they have been on to build more inclusive recruitment processes, the challenges they have faced, and the outcomes.
