IR35 rule change???

Accountancy Age reports that the IR35/off payroll working rules will be changed prior to the larger roll out in April 2021 to remove confusion over the meaning of an intermediary, read their article here.
They report that the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed have expressed the need for legislative changes to the meaning of what constitutes an ‘intermediary group’. HMRC reiterated their message that “it is not the intention” of the legislation to capture wider ranges of companies and are considering what actions to take to ensure stakeholders understand the rules.
