EU residence rights following withdrawal agreement

The fourth joint report from the Specialised Committee on Citizens’ Rights has been published. The report updates readers on the status of residence rights around the EU from 1 January 2021, for UK nationals (plus family members) living in EU countries pre-1 Jan, as well as EU nationals living in the UK. For a summary of each country, take a look through our current EU residence status spreadsheet for any of your employees who have continued to work in the EU pre and post Brexit.
