Following the success and feedback from the KPMG Remote Worker session for BUFDG members held on the 17th May, KPMG will be hosting a follow on session at 2-3pm on Tuesday, 29th June demonstrating further their Remote Workforce Portal technology tool designed to automate risk assessments and cost projections to help organisations easily navigate and understand the implications and next steps required in respect of their remote worker population.
Using example case scenarios from across the HE Sector, the session will cover the recommended information to be collated to populate the tool, the logic of the assessment output covering corporate PE, income tax and social security, payroll withholding, immigration, and EU Posted Workers Directive, detail regarding the sections which can be configured to University specifics, and a detailed look at the cost projection and configurable components. There will be opportunity for Q&A.
