Engagement and Wellbeing Framework launched

21 September 2016      Helen Scott, Executive Director

UHR has published a new Engagement and Wellbeing Framework which was launched at our Engagement conference on 21 September.  It gives theoretical evidence, a new model, and practical examples and suggestions of why engagement and wellbeing matter and how they can be promoted in higher education organisations.

The author, John Hamilton, is Head of Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Leeds Beckett, and also chairs the UHR UCEA NE Employee Engagement network.

The Framework is available to download from the 'resources' area of the UHR website.
